After more than a decade in the desert, Lance and Erin and their two kiddos are returning to the Midwest and fulfilling a longtime dream of building a sustainable and largely self-sufficient homestead.
A Kansas prairie girl at heart, Erin is a healthcare and science writer. A Missouri farm boy, Lance has spent his career working in the produce industry.
